We want you to love your Motel pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original labels and tags are included.

  Generate Shipping Label

  Choose your preferred return carrier through the portal to download your prepaid shipping label or generate a QR code for paperless drop-off.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been fully processed by our team.
